By using our services you have the peace of mind that all of our agents have been hand-picked, pre-screened, and have the skills to match our service offerings. On top of that, you will not have the usual employment costs, challenges of managing in-house staff, and taxes/healthcare liabilities.
During our initial consultation call, we will establish the tasks that you need your agent to complete along with the necessary skills, software, and tools that they will be required to use in their role with your company. We will then match our agents with your needs and training will begin after the onboarding process is completed.
A call will be scheduled at a convenient time for you with our onboarding expert. During the call, we will discuss your business needs and explain how we match our agent’s experience. We will also discuss costs and the onboarding process. If you have agreed to use our services we will email you a copy of our service agreement for signing.
Once you have electronically signed our service agreement and set up your payment methods, a member of our onboarding team will take arrange a call to discuss the training schedule for the agents based on your company process and requirements. Once the agent’s training has been completed, you will be assigned an account manager who will manage the interaction between the clients and the agent who will monitor the work being completed.
